Lease Agreement

Term:

the Landlord rents to Tenant that certain shipping container designated as UNIT , approximate dimensions 20’ft x 8’ft subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and continuing month to month until terminated or revised. The unit is clean and undamaged upon delivery, unless otherwise noted on a signed addendum to the agreement, Landlord reserves the right to revise any part of this Agreement, or cancel it, with 30 days advance notice to Tenant.

Rental:

Tenant shall pay Landlord a monthly rent of $, which includes Maine State sales tax, on the 1st day of each month. Rent for the first month of Occupancy will be prorated on a daily basis from date unit is delivered. There will be no proration for the last month of occupancy, lease will end on the day customer notifies Landlord that unit is cleaned and ready to be picked up. Tenant understands that rent must be paid in full each month and that Landlord does not accept partial payment. Landlord reserves the righ to change the rental trate charged at the initial term of this Agreement with 30 days advanced notice to Tenant.

Payment: Payment of monthly rent and other charges permitted by this Agreement shall be made on time. Check payments can be made to PW Storage and mailed to 690 Stroudwater St, Westbrook, Me 04092. No bills or statements are sent by Landlord. Payments can also be madeat 690 Stroudwater office, Monday – Friday between 7am-3:30pm or online with a credit card at www.pw-storage.com
